The flue gas temperature at denitration device inlet at 15% THA load is more than 300°C.
The flue gas temperature at the denitration device inlet at BMCR load is less than 405°C.
The first retretrofit project undertaken by Shanghai Electric which realizes the denitration device can be put into operation meanwhile the unit is connected to the power grid.
The combined plan of separating economizer into 2 stages + setting the flue gas bypass at economizer area is adopted for the denitration retrofit at full load ranges. The scope of work includes the design, supply and installation of separated economizer and bypass flue equipment, as well as the check and reinforcement of denitration foundation and denitration steel structure. After the retrofit, the flue gas temperature requirements of denitration equipment can be met by putting into operation the separated economizer + flue gas bypass equipment from the time that the unit is connected to the power grid to the time that the unit is at 35% THA load, and the flue gas bypass can be closed when the load above 35% THA, so when the flue gas temperature at the denitration device inlet is increase, the impact on the boiler efficiency is avoided.
