The project owner is Guangdong Energy Group Company Limited. The project commenced implementation in 2020 and was completed in November 2021. The project is an emerging business model presented in recent years to improve the stability of the power grid, utilising the excellent performance of energy storage batteries to rapidly release and absorb active power, and thus participate in the domestic power auxiliary services market. The project relies on the core technology of the Power Transmission and Distribution Group and uses self-produced in-equipment supporting equipment.
