Shanghai Jiejin Advanced Electro-materials Co., Ltd was established on May 2005. The company is controlled by Shanghai Electric Power T&D Group Co., Ltd. and specialized in the production and sale of medium and high voltage cable accessories.

The Company is capable of manufacturing more than 100 types of cable accessories, among which the main products are silicon rubber (SIR), EPDM MV & HV DC and AC cable accessories at the voltage of 220kV and below. The Company have the ability to provide one-stop service including production, sale and installation. The structural design, production equipment and production technology of HV cable accessories are from Fujikura, Japan, which makes our product to be first-class in China. At present, the Company possesses 20 sets of rubber injection systems, among them there are “DESMA” rubber injection-mound and 2kM injection system from Germany, rubber injection production line for HV accessories independently developed and designed by Fujikura, Japan. Above advanced manufacturing equipment ensures the sufficient production capacity. At the meantime, the Company owns raw materials test equipment, product inspection equipment and electrical test equipment to ensure products meeting the high standard and high quality. Raw material inspection is equipped with the following equipment: insulation dielectric strength tester, high and low temperature servo tensile machine, no rotor vulcanization tester, Mooney viscosity tester and a series of physical performance testing equipment. Product inspection is equipped with X-ray flaw detector, CCD microscope, mechanical expansion detection device and a series of devices and instruments. Furthermore, the Company has two MV & LV electrical test rooms and one HV test hall, equipped with 730kV partial discharge and power frequency withstand voltage test system of Haefely, Switzerland, which leads to high inspection standard and strong test ability.

Until now, our products have been widely used in the projects owned by the State Grid in Shanghai, Tianjin, Fujian, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Xinjiang and other provinces; meanwhile, our products have also been applied to overseas market, such as Brazil, Pakistan, Thailand, Sudan, Maldives, Ethiopia. Furthermore, our products have played an important role in power supply system of certain industrial fields, such as rail transit, solar power, wind power, data base and etc.
